Mr. Kimla was sent the earlier review I posted on this site and quickly contacted me. Come to find out he had changed his phone number so he never received the messages I had left for him. After finding out about our situation he quickly contacted us and came over and corrected the problem. The work looks perfect. Because of his quick and efficient work I would definitely use him again and would recommend him to family and friends.

Phil, Lance and Eric have a great business here. Why? They care about their customers. They do top quality work and listen the customer. I have had this team at ITSA remodel almost my whole house on an easy budget. When called for a service call they respond immdediately and show up on time. Having a complete new kitchen and all new flooring installed there was not one flaw or concern for call back repairs. I wll use the services of ITSA again and again. TOP NOTCH EXCELLENT SERVICE.

We have had extreme difficulties in communication with this builder. We have issues covered under our home warranty that the builder has not corrected. It is hard to get a response to phone messages or emails. There is little professional courtesy towards us in regards to dealing with problems that need to be addressed. I believe they can build a quality home. If you have issues once the home is complete, good luck reaching them to expect resolution.

To start off the woman answering the phone is incredibly rude and not helpful. Secondly the repair man was scheduled to to be at my house between 11 and 1. He arrived at two and leaked Freon all over the kitchen floor. At three o'clock he told me that he didn't have a tool to fix it and he would have to be back at my house the next day at 9. He no call, no showed and the woman at the desk could have cared less. I canceled the service order and would never suggest that anyone contract out with this shady company.
