Payson Contractors was established in 1986. The company's owner, Steve Payson, is a life long resident of northern New Jersey. Steve started in the construction industry as a framer and siding installer

After a few years his interest in remodeling and renovation led him in a whole new direction. Steve worked extensively, perfecting his skills, by working with some of the trades top craftsmen including framers, carpenters, siders, roofers, remodelers, painters, and more.

For nearly 25 years now, Payson Contractors has worked through economic recessions and the not so friendly housing markets, all while providing its every satisfied customers the highest standard of personal service, quality, value, and integrity in the industry.
