Whether your project takes an hour, 1/2 day, or a week, you will receive the premium service you deserve. Mr Handyman technicians undergo an extensive background check, drug screening, are fully insured, individually bonded, and arrive at your site in a well-marked van wearing a Mr Handyman uniform. We provide a one year Customer Satisfaction Guarantee and are locally owned and operated.

Understanding Time and Materials Billing
Minimum Service Commitment:
* First hour - $108.00, each hour thereafter $78.00, charged in 15 minute increments

Reduced rates:
*2-20 hours of service - $78.00 per hr.
*21-40 hours of service - $76.00 per hr.
*41+ hours of service - $74.00 per hr.
*Technician’s helper rate is $48.00 per hr.

Material charges:
*Purchasing your own materials for your project helps you control cost.
*Your Technician drives a well-stocked van. Any stock used is $15.00.
*Materials purchased by you can be delivered by your Technician for $15.00 trip fee.
*Materials purchased by your Technician are billed at a markup.
*Technician is working for you while picking up materials
Other charges:
*Your Technician will inform you of any additional charges, such as disposal or equipment fees.
Consulting fee:
*We can help you through any home improvement project by providing you with measurements, a materials list, a cost report, and much more for $45.00 per hr.

25% down is required to start your project. Your Technician will collect the remainder of payment at the end of each service call.
All major credit cards are accepted, or you may make checks payable to:
