I found my love for the industry when I began working for Hunter Construction Inc. in the early 1980’s. With Hunter I build custom homes as a young teen. Once graduating from High school I moved here to Utah and built two homes for my self and sold them. After one year here I went to Evanston Wyoming and built one more home before going back to California where I formed Dan White Construction Inc. Here is were I started remodelling large homes and building about five homes year. During that time I also pursued other interests.

When I met the woman of my dreams and decided to tie the knot, we bought a five acre ranch and immediately started remodelling our master bedroom to create an attatched nursery. This project was the one that re-sparked my interest in the construction industry. My ability to problem solve and obsessive attention to detail is what makes me excel in the industry.

Just a year later, my former boss from Hunter Construction approached me with a desire to form a new corporation, Hunter White Development, Inc. As president of this new company, I was in charge of developing a 600 home site, from farm land to a completed six hundred home subdivision. With this company we built an additional 600+ homes in California, Oregon and Nevada. Hunter White Development also had a commercial division that remodelled and developed Commercial Strip Malls in Washington State.

After making the difficult decision to split Hunter White, my wife I and I and our five kids at the time moved in one of the home I Built in Granite Bay, Ca and started my new business again Dan White Construction Inc. There I built several speculation homes, and remodelled homes in the area.

After 12 Years in The Granite Bay, Ca, we decided to move to Utah. Since moving here I have gotten my General Contractor’s, Engineer’s contractor and swimming pool Licence, and my Real Estate Licence for Utah . I have been marketing and building various real estate projects throughout Utah for the last seven years.
