My name is Bob Parmenter and I am the owner/inspector of Home Inspection Associates, LLC, which is located in Fernley, Nevada. My business and work ethics are steeped in a tradition of honor, courage and commitment which were also the hallmarks of a successful 22-year career in the U. S. Navy. I personally perform every home inspection.

That is, even though something is structurally sound I''ll make comments on aesthetics and minor flaws because you deserve to know.
