I have had my own company for over 20 years. I have recently just returned to Ohio from Sanibel, Florida, where I had been overseeing sub-contractors in the building of two, 30 thousand square foot concrete houses and overseeing the remodeling 5 mini shopping centers on Sanibel Island. Also included in my experience over the last 4 years, are 6 cottages and the property management of 6 personal houses for the same owners.
