Horrible people and company. Bought the windows 2 years ago and still didn't get the screens or a $2000 refund. They never answer the phone or emails. If you can help it, don't make business with them.

Hello, My name is Sabin Sturz and I am the manager of Eurowind LLC. I am writing about feedback that was posted today by Oana. We totally disagree with and rebut all the statements that client Oana has made. We strongly believe the client is being untruthful in the statement she makes. The client never payed $2000 for screens and we have all the documentation to prove that. We have the contract signed by client, all e-mail correspondence and all invoices and payment proofs. If necessary we can submit all that to Handyamerican for review.At that time we still made reasonable efforts to resolve the issue but the client insulted our staff, used foul language and cussed at our staff members.At that time we still made reasonable efforts to resolve the issue but the client insulted our staff, used foul language and cussed at our staff members. The matter was classified as resolved with Better Business Bureau of Arizona in 2010.

Impecable job! The job was done very profesional and the product is unbelievable! We purchased the Tilt and Turn windows and they were far exceding our expectations! Unbelievable performances on these windows on sound protection and energy.

Best choice we made! We highly recomend Eurowind to anyone!! Thank you Eurowind!

My doors were 3 months late, communication has been non existant with them.

I, the home owner, have had to make payments to get the doors out of shipping and get the glass delivered to my job - company has no $ to pay for services.... Buyer beware of these guys.

Doors have ended up costing me 15% more because of non payments made by company to shippers and glass vendor.

Glass that arrived is wrong glass and not what was ordered or quoted.

Eurowind does not return phone calls.
