Mr Pearson is correct about the concrete I am ashamed to say. I had just taken a $24,000 dollar hit from a client who never had, or intended on, having payment for me, after I poured his slab: (Robert Hemingway of Hemingway Home Improvements), Its unfortunate the slab cracked but "CONCRETE CRACKS". I absolutely did not put too much water in the concrete. I offered to fix the cracks or minimize them but Mr. Pearson refused. Mr. Pearson also is upset with Kincaid concrete and is threatening to sue them for a gravel drive they used to deliver his concrete. I am currently paying Kincaid Ready Mix back the money I owe them for concrete and still have an open account. Its very unfortunate this all had to come about this way. Mr. Pearson was a very like-able gentlemen who was very pleased with my work until the concrete bill situation. He even offered to work on my equipment for me. He also told me he would refer me to all his friends and coworkers. So Rick, I am truly sorry about the bill but it is being taken care of. About the floor, well you and I both know there is nothing wrong structurally and cosmetically with the floor. If you would like me to fix the cracks I am willing to do so, at no charge which, I do not offer a warranty against cracking and in my twenty years in the industry no of anyone that does
