DO NOT use this company to get Dish installed. When the owner came out, he had the wrong satellite (told us it was the right one) installed it anyway. We called back after contacting Dish because we weren't getting our channels and they told us to contact him and get a different satellite. He said the satellite we needed would be in the end of the week. Have contacted him every day since (for 3 weeks). Does not return phone calls, let alone come out and fix what needs to be fixed. This company also has an unsatisfactory report with the Better Business Bureau, which we found out AFTER we had them come out. Please, don't waste your time with this company. They also make you give them cash, and you never hear from them again. Hmmmmmm. Use Microcom.

There are two people that are in this company. Hector Morales is the owner and a very nice man. He set up my initial dish and internet. After this one appears to have to deal with Marcus. He does not return calls. He hand up on you frequently. I dish was down for 2 weeks and her would never return a call and when you do call him (from a number he does not know) he WILL hand up on you. I have been atttempting to contact HiCom again for the past 8 days and am having the same trouble. STAY AWAY from this company. I have contacted the HI BBB as well as the Dish Network about these problems.

Today I attempted to place an order with this company, half way through my explanation the contractor hung up on me. I assumed it was a disconnection, however when I immediately tried to call again.. my phone call was ignored three times in succession. I am left to deduce that this company has little to no respect for possible customers, complete lack of courtesy therfore 0 quality.
