Bluefin Renovations, LLC, is a North Carolina based company providing residential renovation services to home owners, investors, and insurance companies operating in Wilmington and the surrounding areas.

Bluefin Renovations was founded in the state of North Carolina on March of 2007.

In Wilmington, NC the cost of real-estate has increased and home sales have decreased. Surveys published recently state that over 5000 homeowners would like to renovate their existing home rather than purchase a new one for these reasons. Bluefin Renovations feels there is a high demand for this service and while there are many new home builders there are not many
renovation builders.
