ACI currently holds two licenses. A full “B” and an “AB” Engineering license, both with unlimited amounts designated by the Nevada State Contractors Board. Our diversified experience includes various-sized tenant improvements, large industrial and co-generation plants, medical/surgery centers, hospital renovations and additions, heliports and restaurants, just to name a few.

Competitive Construction Services

Currently, ACI is involved in 75% negotiated work and 25% hard bid. Most of the ACI’s client base consists of repeat business while new contracts usually stem from positive referrals. All of ACI’s project managers are long-time employees and have over 165 years of combined experience. In addition most of the office staff has been with ACI for over 15 years. Working as a team, we are able to complete their projects in a timely manner. We also understand the importance of building a firm foundation with the developer and/or owner.

Southern Nevada Green Projects

ACI's first entry into the green environment was the Evergreen Recycling Center, a 47,000 square foot, design-build steel building dedicated to processing recyclable waste generated by the CityCenter project on the Las Vegas strip. The recycling facility was mandatory for the CityCenter's LEED Certification and time was of the essence. This state-of-the-art facility was constructed on an accelerated 6 days per week, 10 hours per day schedule and was completed in 6 months. The future of building is centered on sustainable developments and "building green" - and we are a part of that future.
