Aside from the enormous pain and suffering, including harassment and threatening remarks, non-completion as well as untimely completion, caused by Scott Parvin (Absolute Dust-Free Wood Flooring) and his workers, Matt and Greg Rychlik, the work completed to replace and refinish my hardwood floors is completely unsatisfactory and needs replaced in it's entirety. Additionally, damage was done to various areas of my home that has not been compensated for. Agreed upon and advertised materials were not used, leading to the use of harmful chemicals while I was 8 months pregnant.
