Project Description: Looking to install vented hood exhaust w/ fire suppression system, and hook up gas cooking range, griddle, ice machine and grease trap in an existing restaurant kitchen. There is a basement down below where all the gas lines and water lines are very easily accessible to tap into for hooking up the equipment. Restaurant is in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Looking for someone who has prior restaurant kitchen building experience. Also need help with getting all the approvals from local building and health department for this project. Project timing is tentatively between Aug 1st and Aug 31st this fall.
