| Project Description: My garage door keeps moving to one side. I recently disassembled the door, squared it up and it worked fine for about two weeks. Now it won't come down and has shifted to the left (viewed from inside garage) again. The door, rollers and torsion spring are about 5 years old, I lube then about every 3 months. The opener is about 10 years old and the chain and rollers are in good shape. I have noticed that the door frame header is starting to sag. Could this be causing my problems. Or could the door be out of level. I have a few days that I can devote to this project so any advice is appreciated. Thanks in advance Bob |
