He seems like a nice guy at first,but beware of his financial scam.$8000 later still no house plan,although we paid him in full already. Charged a $1000 for measurements of the old house and site yet designed a house that doesn't fit and now he wants to start all over with another plan another pay.What a disappointment !! He designed a barn for us as well and he has no idea about general rules of weight distribution and anything for that matter.Plan had to be altered because him not knowing the rules-but I had to pay for the changes.Like he dose "mistakes"on purpose so we keep paying him.He uses his family emergencies for delays(months at times) yet he doesn't care how he hurts yours.
