| Project Title: | Granite Kitchen counter |
| Type: | Residential |
| Location: | Severna Park, Maryland |
| Main concern: | Time |
| Budget: | $500 - $1,000 |
| Project Description: We are building a kitchen in our basement. We would be most interested in prefab granite ( my brother in the granite business in Washington State says that made in China prefab granite is cheapest) We are looking for the most inexpensive way to put granite on these counter tops. I have a two corners...they could be joined at a seam. the first corner is an 8ft deck ( as my brother told me) it' s 8 ft. long and the part from the wall to the end of the ' L' is 51" long , then I have a 3ft long section needed, and then another ' L' that is 6ft long by 51 inches...again can be joined by a seam...this end is a counter held by legs. The cabinets are in...we' re awaiting a dishwasher, but can put some stabilizer legs or cabinet to fill that position until it arrives. We have moved to our basement and would like to make a quick installation, that' s why a pre- fab would probably be best. Thank you, Nancy |

Installing a floor warming
Can you place the warming system directly on the wood sub floor. It is a existing bath room and I would like to avoid raising the floor height.
Thanks
