| Project Description: We have a 108 year old farmhouse with a detached, dilapidated carport. However, we share a driveway and the carport for our neighbor, although separated by a cement wall, shares a bit of roofing. The carport sits way back from the street - we have a very long and narrow gravel driveway between the two homes. Large trucks (cement) would likely not fit. A garage is out of our price range, so we'd like to see about getting a new carport -- same size as current carport. The current carport has a flat roof. Depending on cost, I would prefer a slanted roof due to snow in our area. |
