Attention Please I did not hire Jamal Shaw, I hire Bertdell Shaw from the same Company. This review is for Bertdell Shaw who is listed as the owner of Shaw Contracting IInc. Jamal was introduced as his nephew. Shaw was hired to perform home renovation at a property in North Philadelphia. Two contracts were signed with Bertdell Shaw. The service he provided was inferior. He misrepresented himself. He could not perform any of the jobs he indicated he would provide and he refuses to respond to the Better Business Bureau. I am waitng to hear from the Attorney General office because he is being sued. Bertdell Shaw installed a BR exhaust fan that doesnot vent to anywhere. Cost estimate for new forced heat system? New water heater? New plumbing?
I'm looking at a property that is roughly 800 sq. ft. Need to know what size/estimate on cost for new heater. The house is set up for forced air I believe. Cost on new water heater. Cost for new plumbing. Cost for new electric. I don't think it'll need all this, but would like estimates so can better gauge possible repair costs to know if purchase will be feasible. Thank you!
