| Project Description: I am thinking of buying a home that is not complete. Crown Molding, Trim, paint, stain on cabinets, a few new windows, electrical outlets, lights, countertops, stove, microwave, oven, carpet, vents cleaned I think, need to be finished. Basically the house is there with wiring drywall, plaster, cabinets and some are already stained but I need it complete. How much am I looking at too finish? Wood burning fireplace
We added a sun room extending from the back of our house enclosing our fireplace chimney. Have noticed the adjacent wall of the fireplace gets very hot. Is this normal? If so, is there a way to "cool it down"? Have furniture in sun room that must be kept away from the wall.
