Project Description: Our original dryer duct, which was run through the ground, has been compromised, and we are looking to create a new route for a dryer duct. It might have to be run up to the roof or out through the garage, or if there are any other better suggestions we will take them. I have already removed the drywall on both sides of the original dryer vent connection. One side of the wall is a sheer wall and I had to cut out a piece of plywood to get to it as well. I did this because of a mold problem. I have already taken care of the mold issue, but the dryer duct was causing the problem. I tried to have it cleaned out professionally, but when they tried clearing it all they got was dirt and mud. The dryer duct is right next to a gas line and a drain pipe between two 2x4's. The house is two stories and was built in 2001. The laundry room is located right after the entrance to the garage. Their is a bedroom on one side of the laundry room and the dining room. The wall that the dryer duct is in runs all the way up to the crawl space in our roof. The preferred materials to use for the duct is galvanized steel 4in pipe, drywall to fix where it needs to be cut or added. I would like this fix to be as least invasive as possible, but also to still look good.

My wife and I hired him to lay tile, new granite counters and new cabinets. He ruined our house. He was a sloppy worker, not taking care of our property. We paid for a new slab of granite. He even had us go to pick out a slab. However he gave us prefab. He glued the granite directly to the new cabinets with no reinforcement or plyboard. The granite was suppose to lay one foot over the cabinets to create an eating area. But it only hungover 4 inches. He told us that a slab of granite could not hang over that much due to them coming in only 4ft wide slab. Our tile was laid crooked and uneven.
