My husband and I paid Pat Spearman of Primo’s PSR to build a pool, it has been 6 months and he has worked a total of about 6 days, 5 of those days in the first two weeks and maybe 8 hours total in the last 5 months. Nothing but repeated excuses of why he cannot work on the pool. We paid him for services he did NOT provide, we paid him for materials he has not provided. His actions are criminal, he just flat out lied to us and stole our money, left our property in a mess and cost us additional money. This person belongs in jail, he should not be allowed to work in this country.

I hired Pat Spearman to build a pool at my house, we negotiated a price and he agreed to it, he started the process in the last 10 days of October with the assurance that he would be done before Christmas, he actually said thanksgiving but I didn’t believe he could do that so I really didn’t expect him to get done before Christmas, I had told him that I could wait until March to start, since I could not swim anyways, I wanted to wait because I did not want a big mud hole in my backyard all winter, pat assured me this would not happen, he said when he starts a job he stays on that job only until he finishes, he assured me repeatedly, so I let him start.
