I was really hopeful that Juan would do right by me. I had him build bookcases for an area in my condo. He gave me a quote but forgot to add the time it would take to cut out the baseboards and refasten. and too add the holes in the bookcase so I could feed the under mount lighting. He quotes $65 an hr and the quote for the bookcases were $1250 ~ $1300. I added an additional $250 to assure I received good service and to cover the time to make the adjustments. Juan is great in the pre stage of the job, but once it comes to any post follow up - Forget it! The bookcase shelves were approx 1/4 too short per shelf, the holes drilled were drilled after the initial sanding so I had to sand prior to me priming and painting, the baseboards were cut in such a prim...more

This was a somewhat complicagted window replacement and repair of related damaged interior drywall and external rotten wood trim. JM Residential Solutions provided excellent service, on time and according to agreed to budget and specifications. Contractor Juan Martin was helpful and professional throughout this job.

They were able to complete a bathroom renovation while my mom was in the hospital. Bathroom looks great!! It was done on time and under budget. Juan was easy to work with and communicated well.
