Project Description: Residential Home approx. 1100 Sq. ft. built in 1975 is in need of interior repairs to make home liveable. The home is in need of many repairs i.e. remove laminate panelling & replace with sheet rock ( walls not sheet rocked only paneling was put up) and insulate interior walls. Replace windows ( 8? ) , replace light fixtures and check plumbing ( no hot water to kitchen) . These are some of the items in need of repair the list is not inclusive but is in order of priority. Tim Harlin has made our new house sheetrock experiece a living nightmare. He and his crew did a sloppy job and had to be called out to "fix" their mistakes many, many times. After 5 or 6 visits, we decided to fix the "mess ups" our selves. He will not return phone calls in a timely manner nor will he show up when he says he will. He knocks off early and will not work on weekends...even though he promisses to return on the weekends. He asked for alot of money in advance and seemed nice and knowledgable at first but he seems to have a hard time portraying that image. I would NEVER recommend him to anyone...ever. He did not clean up the inside mud on the floors nor did he clean up the outside mess he left. Overall he needs to find a new line of work. And one m...more
