| Project Description: I am looking for Home repair persons, general contractors, ..... I have a 1/2 story home approximately 1800sq. ft. In the upstairs area, there are two rooms and a full bath. In the bedroom there are two very old plastic bubble sky lights. When we purchased the home the roof was a complete tear off and replacement. But LITTLE DID WE KNOW, they did not replace any of the original flashing nor did they palce in the valley's of the roof any type of flush drainage material, they just overlapped the shingles and cut a straight line down the valley's. The skylights have leaked and have caused some extensive damage and much needed repairs. The box frame for the sky light has rotted, the ply wood next to the window has a hole in it. I had to remove the drywall and insulation due to the mold that had begun to grow. We have some materials of our own and plan on trying to do as much of the the work ourselves that we can or at least to get some direction also on how to do some of the inside projects. I would also like to get a pest inspection for termites... I have several projects I would like to get Quotes for, they are as follows including the above project..... 1. Estimate for lateral fields/ and how to tap into a natural water spring to use water source cost if included in Laterals estimate... 2. Inspection and estimate on duct cleaning for mold 3. Also need some Back-ho work done to move and level out some of the property so water flow moves away from the home. Thank-you and have a Great Day!
