Mr Haynie failed to complete his patio installation to the satisfaction of customer. He attempted to pour approx. 1200 sq ft patio under thunderstorm warnings. Rain washed away significant amounts of concrete but Mr Haynie has attempted to repair damage in a patchwork manner. Repair work has left several obvious patches in extremely visible areas. In addition, he is responsible for damage to customers neighbors yard and tree requiring a customer outlay of an additional $400 that Haynie refused to pay. Additionally, $500 was paid to repair driveway damage from dump truck that Haynie was not on-site to supervise. Also, extremely verbally abusive to neighbors when they complained of damage. "CAVEAT EMPTOR"-buyer beware!
