Project Title: Exterior stucco and interior paint throughout
Type: Residential
Location: El Cajon, California
Main concern: Appearance
Budget: Uncertain

Project Description:
House built in 1959 on cul-de-sac. Stucco needs repair and house needs complete paint, along with house trim and gutter system. Would like to install exterior decorative shutters and replace some windows. Possibly looking to install french doors in back where current slider is and another door where a window currently sits. I'm looking to work with a residential general contractor as I have some interior projects I would like to complete as well. I need an interior painter to name one. I would like to start a longer term relationship with one residential contractor who can complete jobs that I prioritize over a period of time. I am concerned about quality and appearance at a good price, although my budget isn't set in stone. Mostly I am concerned about timeliness of work due to a job that frequently takes me out of town.
