Before I sell them I would like to do some rehab work so I can get the maximum sales price. I am in California which is far away and to make matters worse I am recovering from a stroke right now. I am looking to partner with someone who can rehab the properties, and in exchange for that I would be willing to share 50% of the profits on sale of the property.
