When the contractor showed up, he was almost 1/2 hour late. That wasn't a huge deal to me....but it was a bit unprofessional. He was very nice. Told me the kinds of things I could do. My issue has to do with the fact, that there was absolutely NO follow up with me on my project. I got the "I should be able to send you a quote by Friday, Saturday by the latest, and send it to you via email" Never heard back. I tried emailing, and I believe my email said..."I take it you're not interested in this project? " And asked that he let me know. Again...never heard a word back. They are great , hard working and polite...My roof estimated for 5 days but they finished in 3 days...looks awesome ...I love it ...they know what doing, Alkom explain to me all details about roof A to Z seem like I master about secrets of my roof. load bearing wall
i have a partial wall between my kitchen and family room that has spindels i would like to remove them. how can i tell if it is load bearing or not.

If you have a basement go down and check to see if there is a steel I-beam and steel poles holding the I-beam up. If that beam is under the wall than that would be, And if not you should be good to go.
