I was blown away by the service provided by KF Contracting . I called and was greeted that same day only to be followed by a reasonable quote the following day. They are very respectful, hardworking, talented, honest, and prompt. They helped me redesign my kitchen and performed elaborate plaster and tile work. In addition, although not being part of his job provided me with sound advice and really behaved like a general contractor (excluding the price!) in providing plans for counter, electrical, plumbing, gas design. I highly recommend his service to anyone!

My designer and I met with Steven Brent and Maya Brent and contracted for some work in our apartment. A $9000 adavnce was provided to them for work. After continued unresponsiveness, we learnt that they had were unable to deliver any product or return the money. Inspite of providing them several opportunities to complete the work, provide other services, or repay the money in installment, we are now evaluating leagal action for fraud and misrepresentation.

window frame leak
I own a 4th floor condo unit in the West Loop area of Chicago, zip 60607. The problem: I have 12 foot floor-to-ceiling/wall-to-wall windows. Water is leaking around window frame where it meets the foundation due to poor construction/installation from developer.
