Randolph Enterprise did a basement finish for our home which we are now having to have almost completely redone as the work was not done to code. The walls were not floated and were done at 24 inch stud intervals instead of 16, no insulation was used, plumbing was not vented, incorrect duct materials were used, 2 supplies but no returns for the air, and electrical outlets not to code. The business owner, Roger Randolph, specifically billed us for adding a sub-panel for the additional electric but did not put one in. This is appauling and shody work that put our family and investment in our home at risk. We know nothing about construction and were completely taken advantage of.
