It is imperative that all common respect and professionalism is practiced with entering and exiting the condo and its building, and within the private residence itself, ie, tracking in dirt or debris and noise. My experience of this remodeling will be shared throughout the condo community via our community website and on the residents facebook site. |

This contractor was used as a front for another contractor. This contractor was paid for a project that was not completed per the terms of the contract. I would not recommend signing an agreement with this contractor.

Lead Free Kids
I’m doing some work with the Ad Council, the Coalition to End Childhood Lead Poisoning, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development to help raise awareness about the harmful effects of lead poisoning to children living in homes built before 1978. They put together some interesting and informative PSA’s which you can check out here: http://www.leadfreekids.org/.
It’s definitely an issue to watch out for when renovating your home – especially when re-painting part of it.
