| My name is Bob Parmenter and I am the owner/inspector of Home Inspection Associates, LLC, which is located in Fernley, Nevada. My business and work ethics are steeped in a tradition of honor, courage and commitment which were also the hallmarks of a successful 22-year career in the U. S. Navy. I personally perform every home inspection. My inspection standards are always amongst the highest in the industry and meet or exceed every standard set by the Nevada Revised Statutes and InterNACHI. With my level of integrity and overall customer satisfaction, I will be providing you with the best choice for your home inspection needs. Every home buyer wants to be informed of their prospective purchase, so during your inspection I will be continuously talking to you throughout the entire walk-through. As the client, I encourage you to come along on the journey to inspect the home. Whether your home is brand new, or 100-years old I will inspect it with the same critical eye. Many of my remarks on the inspection report are simply "For your information". That is, even though something is structurally sound I''ll make comments on aesthetics and minor flaws because you deserve to know.
