I am not sure why this company's profile says they are affiliated with the Better Business Bureau of Connecticut because as of a result of what they did to my basement and their handling of my complaint the BBB created an UNSATISFACTORY report on the company (their capitalization) and suggested I contact either the CONNECTICUT ATTORNEY GENERAL, CONNECTICUT DEPARTMENT OF CONSUMER PROTECTION, or small claims court.
