Homeowners have complained for years unfair and illegal sales practices of contractors (If you sign tonight I can give you 25% off!). This just wrong and most homeowners have thought "Well, what would of happen if I said yes the first time". Some contractors go as low as 50% off if you sign tonight, but are you getting the same Quality Labor (guys at 7/11); Quality Material (change product for a cheaper one); Service (get to you when we can) or Warranty (ends when they drive down the street). Did you really get 50% off or was it only worth 50% of the price to start with.
